Literacy is the ability to read and write. Language-based learning disabilities are literacy-related problems with reading, spelling and writing, and include dyslexia. A comprehensive evaluation will help with differentiating between a language disorder, a reading disorder/dyslexia, and reading comprehension difficulty. Often times, language or speech disorders can occur with other learning disorders that affect reading and writing.
We ensure every patient receives comprehensive and personalized care for the most effective treatment program. In addition to using traditional therapy methods, we actively pursue new and innovative treatment approaches.
